In particular, the Firm manages all the activities connected with the execution of license agreements with the Italian Association of Authors and Editors (“S.I.A.E.”) in its capacity of agent for those authors who are registered therewith (and/or with those associations who hold the rights connected therewith, such as S.C.F. etc.), which consist in affixing the S.I.A.E. sticker to the copyrighted works owned by the latter and in the various forms of commercial exploitation thereof.

Taking into account the growing importance of intermediaries in the use of works on the web (i.e. the liability of providers), continuous changes in the copyright field - both from a legislative and technological point of view - have also made it necessary to update the standard contractual models for the assignment and/or licensing of the rights of commercial exploitation thereof (such as, by way of mere example, electronic publishing, phonographic reproduction, audio-visual, multi-medial and radio broadcasting agreements, software licenses, etc.).
